As a Marketing Strategist, Rachel handles social media and event management. When working on social media, Rachel strategizes content, coordinates content in the marketing team's project management system, distributes content on social media platforms, manages responses, and analyzes performance. As an event manager, Rachel manages relationships with trade show vendors, develops customer engagement strategies, and executes trade show responsibilities.
Margaret Carmody, Executive Director of Corporate Culture, Communications, & Strategic Marketing, said that Rachel finds way to keep improving and working on tasks beyond those expected of her.
Rachel strives to continuously improve in her role by thinking of new ideas that will engage our customers in different and exciting ways. This is a vital quality to have when working at a technology company in a highly competitive market.

Rachel works with team members across all departments and external customers and vendors. Coordinating with so many people can be challenging, as Rachel has to accommodate a variety of needs and requests simultaneously, but she doesn't let this rattle her. She takes time to ensure everyone's needs are met.
